Our Brand Story

Hi there,

I’m Sujatha, an army officer’s wife and, more importantly, a mother who has always cared deeply about the food I put on my family’s plate. Rebalance was born in my kitchen, out of a simple need: to find a nutrient-dense, protein-rich alternative that could truly support our health.

What began as an experiment for my family slowly turned into a way of life. I realized that our traditional diets, once suited for a hardworking agrarian lifestyle, no longer fit the way we live today. Our routines have become more sedentary, but our plates are still filled with the same carb-heavy meals. The result? Sugar spikes, energy crashes, and long-term health concerns that none of us can afford to ignore.

That’s when I started blending ancient grains, pulses, and seeds — the foods our grandparents thrived on — into a multigrain atta that’s rich in plant-based protein. Every spoonful of Rebalance is made with care, so you get balanced nutrition without compromising on taste or tradition.

For me, Rebalance is more than food. It’s clean, plant-powered nutrition that respects your body and the planet. And it’s my way of sharing a healthier path forward — from my kitchen, to yours.
